Do
you have a dream job ? World's Apart follows two University students who
get their first break into their chosen careers of journalism, and are sent to opposing
ends of the journalistic spectrum.
Tina
is sent to Paris and thrown into the glamour of celebrity TV reporting
with Tom Jones, Victoria Beckham, Christian Dior and many more. Meanwhile, her friend Heather is reporting on local stories around Inverness
in Scotland, one involving a cat being rescued by the emergency services. Both students find that reality contrasts sharply with their perception. Daily Record: "Today's Choice"

Heather se retrouve en charge de la rubrique faits divers d'Inverness en Ecosse. Très vite, nos deux étudiants vont constater avec surprise que la réalité est " diamétralement à l'opposée " de la perception qu'il avaient de leur métier…
